The Waves V-Comp Vintage Compressor Plug-In is a modeled plugin developed to deliver a warm, fat sound with great mid-range detail. Based on the vintage 2254 hardware compressor, V-Comp is perfect for all-in-one compression, limiting and de-essing.

The Waves V-Comp Vintage Compressor Plug-In utilizes time constants and a fixed nominal output gain to recreate the rich lush buss sound of the vintage 2254 hardware compressor. This super-responsive dynamics processor packs a recognizable musical punch heard on countless hit records. Its controlled, gentle compression can really glue a mix together.
