With adjustable tape speed, bias, flux, wow & flutter, and modeled noise, the Kramer Master Tape provides comprehensive control over the contours of your sound.

The Waves Kramer Master Tape Plug-In is modeled on a rare vintage 1/4" reel-to-reel machine. With adjustable tape speed, bias, flux, wow & flutter, and noise parameters, the Waves Kramer Master Tape provides comprehensive control over the contours of your sound. And to top it off, Waves added a flexible slap & feedback delay, ideal for rock, dance, dub, you name it.     The white paper on Waves site that details how the MPX was conceived and executed greatly helps explain how to get the most out of this plugin. A generous library of presets, like other Waves plugs, gives terrific starting points for use on many types of tracks and on the 2 bus. The MPX adds a wonderful vibe to vocals, both lead and background, and acoustic guitar. The delays also excel. It doesn't work on everything, but is very useable on many things.
