Amazing!
Jul 1st 2014This unit really does capture the 1073 sound, but in a 500 series unit. This unit brought my vocal recordings to life. Paired with my Peluso 2247SE, it rocks. Actually paired with any of my mics it sounds awesome. I even tried it live with my Neumann KMS 105 with great success. I found the stepped gain knob to be solid and the continuous output trim knob to be smooth. I wish it had a HPF, but for the price, I won't complain. It's also very quiet. Pretty much no noise or transformer hum. I'm very happy with my purchase and you will be too.
