The exclusive Compass Point ball swivel housing solidly secures cameras, lights, and mics in any position and reduces setup time for those who need precision placement.

The Triad-Orbit M2-R Retrofit Orbital Mic Adaptor is IO-equipped for quick-change compatibility with Triad articulating stands and Orbit orbital booms. The Triad-Orbit M2-R Retrofit Orbital Mic Adaptor offers all features of the original Micro M2 adaptor for conventional stands with 5/8-inch mounting threads. The exclusive Compass Point ball swivel housing solidly secures cameras, lights, and mics in any position and reduces setup time for those who need precision placement of their creative devices. The M2-R functionality can be added to any conventional stand or boom using the industry standard 5/8-inch thread. Rapid equipment or component changes between recording, live sets, photo or video sessions are a snap, thanks to the integrated IO quick-change platform of Triad-Orbit Advanced Stand Systems.

Conventional mic stands can benefit from Triad-Orbit quick-change innovation with the addition of Micro and IO Retrofit Components. Retrofitting conventional mic stands and boom arms with MICRO-R and IO-R aftermarket components provides an instant upgrade in functionality.
