The Triad-Orbit IO-H4 Mounting Head has 1/4"-20 male mounting thread and a brass hex especially designed for consumer and prosumer photo and video cameras. The brass hex operates smoothly and reliably where constant swap-outs are common.

The Triad-Orbit IO-H4 Mounting Head mounts the microphones, booms and miscellaneous accessories to IO and IO-R quick-change couplers equipped Triad-Orbit components. "On-the-fly" hardware swaps are now a reality, replacing the tedious task of threading booms and mic clips on and off.

The exclusive IO quick-change coupler is standard equipment on all TRIAD stands and ORBIT booms. IO effortlessly captures booms and mics with ease and assurance. Rapid hardware and mic changes between recording sessions and live sets are a snap, thanks to the integrated IO quick-change platform.

Retrofitting conventional stands and boom arms with MICRO-R and IO-R aftermarket components provides an instant upgrade in functionality.
