Great Snake for location recording!
Jan 28th 2012The RapcoHorizon "Concert Series" snakes are great for on-location recording & live sound, delivering high quality performance for a terrific price! Quality wire & construction: NO cheap cabling or parts. The soldering on both box and fan ends is always solid. Connections are always perfect; I've never had static in any line due to the snake! I own several, both 8 & 16 channel. Primary use is location recording, for which they have always provided reliable performance with a clean/clear sound. Live sound and combination gigs (Rec&PA) are no worries. I rely on the Concert Series snakes on every recording and live/PA gig we do. They have proven their durability over the years, in locations ranging from concert halls with minimal traffic to school gyms with a lot of traffic, occasionally carts, wheelchairs, and (rarely) rolling risers and band equipment!
