The Oktava MK Series Shock Mount is designed to fit the Oktava MK-012, Oktava MK-101, and Oktava MK-102 microphones.

The Oktava MK Series Shock Mount will also fit many other brands of small diaphragm microphones with a barrel size of 20–24mm.

    Best Mounts for MK-012

    I've used the 'stock' Oktava mounts as well as 'shock-mounted' ones from Rode. These are much better suited for my needs (location sound and overhead micing). They reject handling noise well and grip the mic more securely, even at the very end of the mic, thereby enabling better angling of the mic when necessary. A great addition.
