This microphone has been fully tested by JZ Microphones and works perfectly! The JZ Microphones V67 Microphone is designed by Juris Zarins and made in Latvia. To offer a "new and renewed" view of the legendary sound of Neumann's U67 which is still considered to be one of the finest microphones ever made. With the V67 JZ Microphones brought to life several great ideas of improvements to add and implement into their own take of this classic voicing.The heart of JZ Microphones V67 Microphone is Golden Drop 67 Capsule (GDC67) which offers a high level of detail, and extremely low distortion. The JZ Microphones V67 Microphone is a great sounding mic. It has a bit more richness and body than most mics that are in the 67 voicing, but it maintains a detail and openness that is complimentary and impressive. The V67 is a great vocal mic, but is balanced enough to really work with any sound source. Though you will likely find that vocals and guitar cabs is were it shines a lot.
