The Heil PR37 Handheld Dynamic Microphone is designed for live sound reinforcement and recording applications with the vocalist in mind.

As the next step in the evolution of Heil Sound’s family of vocal microphones including the PR 35 and PR 22, the PR 37 delivers an ultra-clear and transparent sound that brilliantly cuts through any mix. The PR 37’s frequency response features smooth, low mids, and an enhanced upper mids presence that allows vocals of all kinds to effortlessly shine through. The PR 37 provides -40 dB of rear noise rejection, making it perfect for live applications, particularly in situations with high stage volume. The large-diameter (1.5”) dynamic element of the PR 37 is housed in a stable mounting system that is designed to reduce handling noise. The rugged metal body of the PR 37 is designed to provide durable protection for the microphone, making it the quintessential workhorse microphone for live use, while still providing superior sound quality that is characteristic of Heil microphones.

    Excellent microphone

    The tonal balance and midrange detail and clarity are great on this large diaphragm US made microphone. The low end is also there and well controlled. Plus it has a sensitivity that beats any other dynamic mic hands down. Bob heil will write you back and Front End Audio is top notch. I say you owe it to yourself to try this microphone on your voice and see! Definitely worth the look!

    Great output and off-axis sound rejection. Very bass heavy and not quite as clear as the PR-30.
