The DI02S is a high end Class-A stereo direct box that will sublimate any instrument in your studio or on stage. Packing a pair of the big & famous Carnhill VT24499 transformer (the same you can find in Neve 51-series console), it offers a massive sound on the balanced output with exceptionally wide and flat frequency & phase responses.
Inspiration
We've taken our inspiration from the sound of vintage hi-fi equipment from the 80s, at the height of the use of audio transformers, which gave a good, big, loud sound. But as you would expect from an excellent hi-fi device, the DI02S also offers great transparency to respect the timbre of your instruments.
