Order Information

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order, click on the "My Account" link at the top left-hand side of our site. From your Front End Audio account page you may review your order(s) and see tracking information once shipped. If you cannot find the information you need, then give us a call or shoot us an email – we are always here to help.

  • How do I make changes to or cancel my order?

    Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your order and receive it in a timely manner. If an order has already been submitted and you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact the Front End Audio team via phone or email. Please do realize that orders are shipped as quickly as possible and shipped orders cannot be changed or canceled. If that is the case, then a FEA team member will help you with the return process.

  • Where can I find a copy of my receipt/invoice?

    To review and print copies of your receipt or order details, click on the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. From there you can review past orders and print copies of your receipt/invoice. If you didn't make a Front End Audio account before placing your order, then give us a call or shoot us an email and a FEA team member will gladly look up that info for you. And while you're talking to us, we might as well sign you up for an account - join the FEA family already! :)

  • What if there is a problem with my order?

    Yikes! We apologize for any errors or mistakes, but we are human! Please contact a Front End Audio team member via phone or email so that we can help you solve any issue.

    Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you may receive multiple deliveries. If you only received a portion of your order you may want to check and see if there are additional tracking numbers by logging into your Front End Audio account and clicking on the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site.

  • What is my warranty?

    Front End Audio is an authorized dealer for everything we sell. That means all your purchases qualify for the manufacturer warranty. Of course, each manufacturer differs on the length and type of warranty, so we try to provide that information on each product page. If it isn't listed, then feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email and a FEA team member will gladly look up that info for you.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Front End Audio is not currently required to collect or report sales tax for purchases made outside of South Carolina. In all other states, you are responsible for reporting and paying your taxes. If you're a South Carolina-based organization that qualifies for sales-tax exemption, please give Front End Audio a call for assistance with your order.

  • Will you price match?

    Front End Audio is committed to helping you find the gear you need at reasonable prices. We work closely with our manufacturers to be able to offer extremely competitive pricing on our site as well as many exclusive discounts and specials. However, we are happy to review a quote or marketed price from another authorized dealer to see if we can match or even beat their sales price. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to take care of your needs. Support us and we will support you!

    (Please note: For a price match, the item must be in stock at the competition and in factory-new condition.)

  • How do I use a coupon or discount code?

    Coupons and discounts are great, aren't they?! We sometimes have promotions running so if you have a active coupon or discount code then simply add items to your cart and enter it during checkout. Voila, instant savings!

Shipping and Returns

  • How do I qualify for free shipping?

    Once your cart reaches the minimum amount of $99 with qualified free ship items, your shipping is FREE! Simply look for the "Qualifies for Free Shipping" icon on a product page to know if that item qualifies.

    Free shipping is only offered to the lower 48 States. Free Shipping does not apply to international or APO/FPO addresses.

    Oversized and heavy items such as PA Systems, Consoles, Studio Furniture, Acoustic Panels, etc. are typically not eligible for free shipping. These unqualified items will not have the “Qualifies for Free Shipping” icon on the product page.

    (Please note: If an item is returned, the cost of shipping will be reduced from the refund or store credit.)

  • What are all my shipping options and costs?

    You can conveniently view shipping rates before having to go through the checkout process. Simply add your items to your cart and click the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right corner of our website and "View Cart". From your cart you can enter your zip code and see your available shipping options and the cost for each.

  • How do I get a quote for oversized & heavy items?

    Some of the product we sell are considered Oversized & Heavy and require us to provide you with a special shipping quote. If you see an item that has the Oversized & Heavy disclaimer on the product page, then please contact Front End Audio to assist you by providing a special shipping quote for your area.

  • What are the estimated delivery times for shipments?

    Front End Audio ships in-stock items out of South Carolina. However, if we do not have the quantity you need in stock, then we may request a vender ship something directly to you to save time in shipping. Standard Free shipping will typically be delivered within 1-7 business days.

    Lightweight items may be shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx SmartPost which are both trackable and delivers within 2-7 days. However, most orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground which usually delivers within 1-5 business days.

    We offer express shipping options such as 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight. These shipping options can be chosen before checkout. If you have special delivery needs, then reach out to a Front End Audio team member to help you find something that works best for your specific needs.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Front End Audio operates and ships out of the United States, but we ship to many countries around the world. The easiest way to see if we ship to your country is to add something to your cart and try to receive a shipping quote from the View Cart feature. If you receive an error message and not a shipping quote after entering your shipping information then, unfortunately we may not be able to ship to your country at this time. You can also email a FEA team member for more information; we are here to help as best we can.

  • What is your return policy?

    A shorten version of our return policy is that any order can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded on standard returns. If your order was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Some items are non-refundable, so be sure to check out our Returns Policy page for specific information.

Payments and Refunds

  • What are my payment choices?

    We accept all major debit and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option of PayPal, bank wire transfer, check, cash, and money order. If you need to budget your payments, then check out our Financing Page for some of the best financing options in the industry!

  • What are my financing options?

    We, here at Front End Audio, know exactly what it's like to be working with a budget while making gear purchases. Therefore, we have been working to make a variety of attractive and convenient financing options available to you. Whether financing your gear is for business or pleasure, optional or a necessity, Front End Audio has a financing plan that will work with your needs.   • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed prior to the shipment of your item(s).  We must charge your credit card immediate to ensure that your order is processed in the order it was received.  In the case that an item is unexpectedly out of stock and/or on backorder your payment keeps your order in line to receive the next available unit.  Without payment you would have to wait unit all paid orders are filled before your order would be processed.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

    Generally, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to check-in a return and process a refund or store credit.

    The time it takes for you to see a refund to your account can vary depending on your bank. Normally, refunds take between 1 to 5 business days to complete.

  • How do I use my store credit or gift certificate?

    If some awesome person gave you a Front End Audio Gift Certificate, then create a Front End Audio account if you don't already have one and click on the "My Account" link on the top left of our webpage and then click on the "Apply a gift certificate to your account" button. From there you just enter your gift certificate code and apply to your Front End Audio account.

    If you received a store credit from Front End Audio, we will apply the amount to your account for you.

    Once a store credit or gift certificate has been added to your Front End Audio account the balance will remain on your account and be automatically applied to any future order/s until it is zeroed out. Your store credit will NEVER expire.

    Now, let the shopping begin!

  • Do you accept Educational or Government purchase orders?

    Yes, Front End Audio will accept Purchase Orders from qualified organizations, such as government and educational organizations, that meet our required thresholds.  Please give us a call to see if your organization and needs qualifies for term payment.  Please note that all Purchase Orders will be subject to credit approval and verification.
