The DPA ST4015A Stereo Microphone Kit is a complete DPA 4015A Stereo Pair with two carefully factory-matched wide cardioid microphones. Even though the standard tolerances on DPA Reference Standards are extremely low, a stereo match is even closer. The DPA ST4015A Stereo Microphone Kit suits acoustic instruments and voices with rich and open sound. It is capable of handling extremely high sound pressure levels before clipping occurs. The DPA 4015A Wide Cardioid Mic even includes a 20 dB pad switch in the center of the XLR connector to prevent overloading of the mic amplifier. The specially selected DPA 4015A microphones are matched within ±1 dB on both frequency response and sensitivity.
The foam design in the heavy-duty transportation box allows for fast and easy exchange of microphone/accessory inlays.
