Introducing the Telefunken Elektroakustik TF17 FET Microphone! Telefunken has just announced the newest voice in their popular Alchemy Series, the Telefunken Elektroakustik TF17 FET Microphone! The TF17 is another great, vintage-inspired phantom powered microphone that we're really excited about. Telefunken has combined the iconic mid-forward “German” voicing with modern FET technology to create the TF17. It's sonically bold with a punchy transient response, high SPL handling, and very low self-noise! The low-end frequency response is extended, the midrange is strong, and the top end is smooth. It's a microphone that would be great for many applications like vocals, drums, piano, and electric guitar! The TF17 features a K47-style center-terminated capsule, premium through-hole components and a UK-made OEP/Carnhill transformer with a high-grade nickel-iron core. Designed with all recording environments in mind, the fixed true cardioid TF17 is perfect for home, studio, or stage.
