Introducing the Soyuz Microphones Lakeside Microphone Preamp! Soyuz Microphones has just announced the new Soyuz Microphones Lakeside Microphone Preamp. The Lakeside is a single channel, 1u rackmount, class A preamp with a distinctive sound and original design. It is the company's first entrance into outboard gear and the first product of an upcoming series. The Lakeside preamp uses a pair of large, custom Soyuz-made transformers on both the inputs and outputs and features entirely discrete, through-hole circuitry. Just like Soyuz mics, The Lakeside Preamp is inspired by the classics and built for the modern studio. This preamp is great for anyone looking for a robust, powerful, and original-sounding preamp with a versatile color that suits any recording or genre. This is the first time Soyuz has had a product that pairs perfectly with every other Soyuz product.
