1.21 Gigawatts
Sep 6th 2024OK. It doesn't put out 1.21 gigawatts. And only us Gen X folk would know what that is and how to use it ianyway. ? Bad jokes aside, the description of the unit says it all. It's a killer piece of kit. The speaker management timer thingy alone is worth the price of admission. My entire set up has gone dead quiet, and I feel confident that the 2800+ joules will protect all my gear. The only gripe I have is the power cord is too short (for my setup anyway). I don't have it in front of me right now, but I think it's only 5ft or so. In contrast, my old Furman that I replaced was 10 feet.. Not the end of the world as long as you're careful, and get the correct extension cord. Don't plug these things into a regular power strip, kids! Simply put, this thing is awesome. I'm now wishing I had just bought the bigger PG-2 because my rig is growing. When I do upgrade, no doubt it will be here at Front End. I've only bought 3 or 4 things here so far, but each experience was pretty flawless, and the staff is top o' the heap! Peace -Ben
