The Avid Pro Tools Artist Subscription gives you the latest version of Avid Pro Tools Artist with a full year of software updates and support, ensuring that your system remains current with up-to-the-minute releases and upgrades. This is not a perpetual license so if you choose not to renew your subscription when it expires, you will loose access to the software.

After one year, you will need to renew your subscription. You must monitor your Avid account to determine when your subscription expires and purchase/activate your renewal prior to that date. If you do not purchase/activate within the year, you will loose access to the software and will be required to purchase a new subscription.
